About Anne
Passionate about the transformation of old into new, Anne gives unwanted objects a second skin by process of adornment. She creates unique sculptures, panels and installations using recycled and discarded materials. Artefacts donated by clients are often incorporated into the works.
Seeing Beauty in the Everyday
Anne's practice is rooted in the belief that ordinary objects carry stories. A broken plate, a discarded spoon or a single earring can become part of something entirely new.
Through decoration, transformation and reuse, materials are given a second life. The resulting works are often playful, richly textured and layered with meaning, inviting viewers to look again at objects they might otherwise pass by.
