Our Eric - A sculpture for EKCO Park

Cole Avenue, Southend SS2 6BH.

A sculpture celebrating the legacy of Eric Kirkham Cole and the EKCO brand is now complete. There will be an official unveiling tto be announced soon. Standing on the original factory site, built in 1930, Eric's suit is mosaiced with 182 photographs depicting products made, factory workers and sports and social events. I'll be adding some detailed photographs soon and we are also putting together a publication detailing the images chosed. This piece was created in collaboration with Tamsin Evans and Michael Condron.
